We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Here are the key points to keep in mind:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
